    We love cookout but find they spitefully do things when you give special request. Ask for two Trey's no Texas Pete and they don't label them at all. Ask for no ice and they fill up half your drink with water. Shameful service for such a good brand. Michael McDaniel posted this.

    This is a slow Cookout for sure. Food was quick, took almost 15 minutes before they even started to make our shakes. Ridiculous
